Business Week has posted an article called &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessweek.com\/magazine\/content\/09_64\/s0904046702617.htm?chan=rss_topEmailedStories_ssi_5\">Twitter: Building Businesses Tweet by Tweet<\/a>&#8220;.  The article includes quotes from folks who have found clients using Twitter. It also talks about the use of Twitter for customer support.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have an account yet, you should at least <em>consider <\/em>the possibilities.  It&#8217;s not all &#8220;I had ceral for breakfast&#8221;.
