That\u2019s because it\u2019s &#8220;you&#8221; who makes the choices, it\u2019s &#8220;you&#8221; who rules out options, it\u2019s &#8220;you&#8221; who doesn\u2019t have time&#8230;and it\u2019s you who is or is not willing to get out of your comfort zone.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, any stuck point in your life was brought to you by &#8220;you&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0After all, it\u2019s you who put on the brakes.<\/p>\n<p>Now before you start to protest, let\u2019s be frank.<\/p>\n<p>Not knowing who you really are is a handicap.
